Joris Viellevoije is a junior associate at bureau Brandeis. He specialises in resolving disputes in the field of financial law.
Because of his affinity with FinTech such as cryptocurrencies and innovative payment service providers, Joris enrolled in the master specialisation in Financial Law at Radboud University Nijmegen with a focus on the regulation of the financial markets.
In addition to his studies, Joris did an internship at a law firm in Amsterdam and at a Dutch Supervisory Authority. Furthermore, Joris participated in the Willem C. Vis Moot Court Competition, an annual international pleading competition in the field of arbitration law.
Joris also completed the interdisciplinary Honours programme of the Radboud University, was chairman of the study association of the Radboud Honours Academy and in that context studied in China and India and also in Santa Barbara.
