Coen Vermeij is a lawyer at bureau Brandeis. He specializes in competition law and European law.
Coen obtained the master’s degree in European Law at Utrecht University cum laude. During this master, he studied European competition law and economic law. He wrote his thesis on case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights on trade union rights. During his master’s, he completed an internship in the legal profession. He also gained experience in state aid law at an international consultancy firm.
