Sophie van Everdingen is associate at bureau Brandeis. She specializes in media and intellectual property law against the backdrop of her experience in corporate and commercial litigation. She advises large and small enterprises in infringement cases, as well as cases of fraud and breach of contract. Sophie is pro-active, a quick communicator and retains sight of the bigger picture in all of her cases at all times.
Sophie has a special interest in cross-border cases, in which she communicates in both English and French. In addition to her studies at Leiden University, Sophie spent a year in Paris at Sciences Po and half a year in London at Queen Mary University.
Before Sophie joined bureau Brandeis, she was associate at Houthoff Buruma, working for both the dispute resolution section in Amsterdam as well as the European and competition law section in Brussels.
