Stefan is an associate at bureau Brandeis and works in the fields of Corporate Litigation and Commercial Litigation. Stefan mainly advises and litigates on shareholder disputes, liability procedures, post-closing M&A disputes and inquiry procedures at the Enterprise Chamber. In addition, he deals with complex cross-border disputes and class actions.

Stefan started his career in 2016 at a law firm in Utrecht and he has been working at bureau Brandeis since May 2022. Stefan obtained his master’s degree in Law & Business at the University of Utrecht. During his studies, Stefan participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, an international moot court in the field of the CISG and arbitration.
