Wesley Vader has been appointed partner at bureau Brandeis as per 1 April 2023. As a litigator, Wesley handles complex corporate and commercial disputes. Wesley is frequently involved in class actions. For example, he litigates in several class actions in the ongoing dieselgate. Wesley also acts on behalf of domestic and foreign clients in liability cases, shareholder and contractual disputes and fraud-related matters.
